Yep, it seems that Lil Wayne is suing many DJs over mixtapes being sold in stores that were supposed to be for promotional use only. The mixtapes being sold over are
> Happy Fathers Day
> When the North and South Collide
> Dedication (Chopped & Screwed)
> Dedication 2
> Dedication 3
The DJs are especially mad that he is doing this without giving them any warning at all, && that Wayne went on a 3 year hiatus between Carter 2 --> 3 and these mixtapes were what kept him hot during that period of time.
